Vision: WBEN will be a central platform of knowledge and experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation, based on partnership in strengthening capacity and knowledge.
Mission: Advocacy and promotion of theory and practice in monitoring and evaluation, linking interested parties in the field, exchange of experiences, promotion of shared efforts in preparation and implementation of activities, respecting the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
