The "Ivorian Initiative Evaluation (2IEval, is a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) that aims to create a framework for reflection, sharing, exchange and promotion of evaluation as well as management, as a tool for improving Project, Program and Policy Performance through Managing for Development Results

To celebrate 2015, the International Year of Evaluation, a major event, the Ivorian Initiative for Evaluation (2IEval) in Collaboration with the CAPEC (Political and Economic Analysis Unit) of CIRES (Ivorian Economic and Social Research Centre) has launched the first edition of the Ivorian Golden Award for Excellence in Evaluation.
That is now institutionalised.
